Heaven Support Services Ltd was incorporated in 2022, our overall aim is to house and support young people aged 16 years and above, to mentor them into an independent young adult and a member of society

Heaven Support Services Ltd’s mission is to improve our service users’ quality of life by providing highly qualitative services that exceed industry standards.
We aim to:
- Provide accommodation that allows our service users to develop and progress to the next chapter in their lives in a safe and nurturing environment. To do this, we will be inclusive, supportive, and transparent and treat all our stakeholders with dignity and respect.
- Enhancing the development of our service users is paramount, and we will endeavour to provide a provision that facilitates this with well-trained and committed staff in a safe, homely, and nurturing accommodation. Our service users will be encouraged to continue with hobbies and pastimes and explore new ones as part of their pathway.
- By listening to the needs of our service users and stakeholders, we aim to provide pathway plans to support their development and progression.
- We are committed to safeguarding our service users and developing a culture of inclusion and openness without fear of stigma or ridicule. Our service users will be encouraged to express themselves in a safe and nurturing environment.
Our Regulatory Bodies
We are CQC Registered to provide the regulated activity of personal care.
We have registered with Ofsted to be a supported accommodation provider for young people and care leavers aged 16-17 years.
